Daniel T. Jacobson, CPA – Managing Partner
Dan joined the firm in 1979 and became a partner in 1986. In 2011 Dan became the managing partner of the Firm. Dan’s clients include individuals, farmers, large and small businesses, and trusts. He has been involved in numerous local organizations. Dan follows High School and NCAA basketball. He also enjoys boating and spending time with his grandchildren.

Joy L. Roth, CPA – Partner
Joy joined the firm in 2000 and became a Partner in 2019. She is the director of assurance services for our firm. Joy’s clients include individuals, farmers, and small business tax clients. She provides accounting/attest services for non-profits, government, and privately owned business entities. Joy is a certified QuickBooks® Advisor and assists her clients with various questions regarding data entry. She is active in her church; serving as the Board Treasurer; and is a leader in her local 4-H club. Joy has two teenage sons and is a committed hockey-mom!

Edward J. Pas, CPA – Partner
Ed became a member of the firm in 1977, and a partner in 1980. Ed’s clients include individuals, trusts, farmers, and both large and small businesses. Ed’s hobbies include boating and camping. Ed finds his involvement with Green County Cheese Days to be very rewarding. Ed and his wife, Mandy, have been festival volunteers for nearly 40 years and have served in many capacities.

Fred L. Koster, CPA
Fred joined the firm in 1987 and is our director of tax services. Fred’s clients include individuals, trusts, farmers, and both large and small businesses. Fred is an avid runner and values spending time with his grandchildren.

Jeff joined the firm in 1987. His clients include individuals, large and small businesses, with a particular emphasis on corporate taxation. Jeff enjoys playing Pickleball in his spare time.

Tena M. Rackow
Tena joined the firm in 1976. Tena is in-charge of the firm’s quality control and continuing education. Tena’s hobbies include music and dancing.
